Cupping
Cupping therapy supports the healing of painful, tight tissues by increasing circulation and delivering vital nutrients to the affected areas. When applied skillfully, cupping can either facilitate activation of weak muscles or help relax overly tight muscles — improving range of motion, enhancing stability, and promoting overall function.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique that involves inserting fine, acupuncture-like needles into neural, muscular, and connective tissues — including trigger points — to help reduce and manage pain. This treatment can relieve muscle tightness, restore healthy muscle tone, and rebalance the length-tension relationship within skeletal muscles. Dry needling also helps increase blood flow, oxygenation, and microcirculation, delivering vital nutrients to muscles and nerves. This process supports tissue healing, reduces cortisol levels, and promotes healthy collagen production.
